Ironman Coeur D'alene was an incredible first Ironman experience! Thanks to friends and family and to Craig for his guidance and support! After an iron-distance road trip we are home...The official race report will be out very, very soon...

Missed your Mum and Dad at the airport as they put us on an earlier flight....had a huge hassle with our bikes. They wanted to charge us for them....we showed them the BA policy but they wouldn't believe that so they rang British Airways who confirmed we didn't have to pay !!
They were NOT happy to be proved wrong !
Saw the Germany v Turkey game last night and was thinking of your Dad !!
