In my head the clock is ticking...two weeks from today...IRONMAN. HOLY friggin' CRAP!Had a solid brick on Saturday...rode 52 miles with Brian in about 2:50 and finished off the day with a 12 mile run, 9:35/mile.
Time to start making my lists in preparation...another endurance event in and of itself....
