Laying the foundation...

There have been some big changes to the plan this year. BIG changes.

One brick at a time I'll get it done. This season's first brick in the books...it gives me a nice benchmark to see where I am post-op, gauge my fitness and see where I can put in the most work to make the greatest impact on my times at IM.

Start slow, build a solid foundation - easier said than done.
