One thing you can count on with springtime in Colorado is crazy weather, Its unpredictability makes it a drag, is it lengthens the time you are forced to spend on the trainer and treadmill. This week we've had 60's and snow once already; today it'll be 60 again and by the end of the weekend we expect 12 more inches of snow.Yesterday I was lucky enough to run my 15 miler in shorts, but tomorrow's brick looks like it may be an excellent opportunity to catch up on all the TV I've missed, TIVO time....the silver lining.
