Show me high elbow catch and pull...

Nice catch...not really! The infamous elbow drop.

Swimming huge (for me anyway). 15K being the biggest week to date...With volume, the smallest form issue tend to compound themselves...Case & point - my exasperated swimmer's elbow. To this point (I thought) I was making some serious progress with my Grant Hackett-esque catch n' pull and overall I am...but I need a rest and some form evaluation & reconfiguration so I can get my elbow feeling good again. High elbow catch damn it!

179 days until IM - This past week was full of travel, a re-organization at work, travel, good tasting-bad for you food and a few decent workouts, probably the most noteworthy a 35/4.5 brick on Sunday at the Rez with Bjames! Solid bike and a 11:15s on the RW to round out the week. Bring it!
