
Dialing it back to walking again and hitting about 12 min/miles for some moderate distance...9 miles and 13 miles respectively.
At this point, form be damned, I am going to get thru IM any way I can...starting with good form race walking, then bad form race walking, a wee bit of running, some trudging, crawling if I need to. Running and I are no longer friends.
Next up, a well placed cortisone shot and some Hyalgan, which seemed to do pretty well as a lube last go round. Totally considering shifting gears next year and trying the Leadville 100 MTB race or something of the sort...that belt buckle is BADASS!
